*1000 Denier coated Cordura nylon. This fabric is resistant to grease, oil and ultraviolet rays. It is lighter weight and won't absorb water like canvas. It dries fast, is extremely puncture resistant and stands up to the endless abrasion of canoe country rocks. Simply the best material there is for canoe packs.

One gets the tent, one the cook kit and water purifier. The Guide Pack holds four one qt water bottles, raingear, camera and misc.
